Witbitz

Terms of Use

Effective June 18, 2026 · operated by the Witbitz project

By using Witbitz you agree to these terms. Witbitz launches a live AI agent into a call that runs on Kibitz; the call itself is also governed by the Kibitz terms.

The service

Witbitz starts an AI agent and has it join a Kibitz room you provide as a participant. Agents are metered by the minute against your credit and stop when you stop them, when credit runs out, or when the room empties.

Credit, keys, and payment

AI participants — disclosure and consent

An agent is an automated participant and is disclosed as such to everyone on the call. It must not be presented as a human. You are responsible for ensuring that everyone on your call is aware of the agent and that you have any consent required by the laws that apply to you (for example, laws on recording, transcription, or AI processing of a conversation). Don't add an agent to a call where doing so would be unlawful or against the wishes of the participants.

Acceptable use

Third-party services

Agents rely on third parties — including OpenAI and ElevenLabs for speech and voice, and Kibitz for the call. Your use is also subject to their terms, and their availability is outside our control.

AI output disclaimer

Agent output is generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. It is provided for convenience and is not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. Verify anything you rely on.

"As is"; limitation of liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and may change or be unavailable at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Witbitz project is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; total liability for any claim is limited to the credit you spent on the session giving rise to the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms (the effective date above will change) and may suspend or end access for misuse. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
